Floriane GaberSeaChange Arts and Contact Zones presents a free practical artistic and skills sharing residency for artists. Exchange knowledge, experience and ideas around outdoor arts in urban spaces with other like-minded artists, makers and creators from across the UK and Europe. This FREE programme of 4 sessions will be moderated by professional facilitator Floriane Gaber from the outdoor sector.


Session 1: Teatro Ondadurto (ITALY) – A practical session in how to create physical theatre for outdoor work using Le Coq methods
Session 2: Lost in Translation (UK) – Training in circus, counter weight technique and harness work for working outdoors
Session 3: Antagon (GERMANY) – The artistic process of making large scale work in urban environments and the current outdoor arts sector in Germany
Session 4: ‘Let it Out’- An open discussion lead by Floriane Gaber, around outdoor work, audience, participation, environmental impacts on the work, locations, communities and engagement
